We attach the greatest importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we process your data solely on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this data protection notice we provide you with information on the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
1. CONTACTING US
When you contact us via the form on our website, or by e-mail, we will save the details you provide in order to process your enquiry and for any subsequent enquiries.
2. ACCESS DATA/ SERVER LOG FILES
We (or our web space provider) gather data about every access made on our website (via what are known as server log files). This access data includes:
Websites viewed, date and time of the visit, data volume transferred, status reports, browser type, operating system and IP address.
We only use the protocol data for the purposes of website operation and for security. We do however reserve the right to monitor protocol data subsequently, should, due to concrete evidence, there be a suspicion of illegal use.
If you do not wish this to take place, you can adjust your browser settings so that it will inform you about the placing of Cookies, so that you can allow it in individual cases. However, the deactivation or rejection of cookies may restrict the functionality of our website.
As with most other commercial websites, we also automatically collect certain information, which is stored in log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses (IP addresses), type of browser used, internet service provider (ISP), reference and end pages, operating system, date and time, data volume transferred and click stream data.

4. ORDER DATA PROCESSING
To process enquiries and bookings, your personal details are transferred to Easybooking (zadego GmbH, Tschamlerstraße 4, A-6020 Innsbruck, Austria); Data protection regulations Easybooking
5. INTEGRATION OF SERVICES AND CONTENT OF 3RD-PARTIES
It may happen that within our website you will access 3rd-party content, such as Google maps or graphics. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as “3rd-party”) take user´s IP address. Without having the IP address, it would be impossible to send the content to the browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of that content. We endeavour to include external content using IP storage only to delivery the content itself. However, we have no control over the 3rd-party's IP address activities. Insofar as is known to us, we clarify this to our users.
6. EMBEDDED YOUTUBE CONTENT
Our website uses the Youtube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider “Youtube” (Google Irland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video(s) is/are played. Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider's data privacy statement at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
7. USE OF EXTERNAL TRACKING SERVICES
7.1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics applies cookies that enable an analysis of how a person uses the website.
All data generated by the cookie about the use of this website (including the user's IP address) are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. A specific European Commission “Adequacy Decision” has been made for the transfer of personal data to the USA.
Google will, on behalf of the operator, use all data submitted for the purposes of evaluating the person's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also forward this information to third parties if required to do so by law, or if such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
The IP anonymization is active by default on this website. In case of activation of IP anonymization, Google will truncate your IP address within the European Union or in the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
This website uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis. Every user receives a user ID for this purpose. You can disable the cross-device analysis of your usage via your customer account under “My Details”, “Personal Information”.
